描述

If you preview a message in the compose box with an uploaded image, and hover over the image until a tooltip appears, scrolling can separate the tooltip from the image. It would be good to fix this.

Check if the tooltip position is fixed relative to the preview element but not updated on scroll. Consider using a scroll listener to reposition the tooltip or use a different positioning strategy.
