[Bug] Page.IsBusy does not found on Android

Description I need to implement a global activity indicator in my Android app, when linking the bindable property with a Boolean property in my viewmodel I noticed that there was no behavior change in the graphic interface. Then I tried creating projects from scratch with Xamarin.Forms 4.2 and 3.6 and with none I get the expected behavior. PS: I just noticed that this was already documented by someone in a comment on the property documentation, although no clarification is made in that documentation.
