Description
The TitleIcon does not show up in UWP when set.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Control Gallery.
- Navigate to Issue 1583 ("NavigationPage.TitleIcon broken")
Expected Behavior
An icon (of a bank) shows up in the title bar.
Actual Behavior
No icon visible.
