Support for OEM-built apps

Hello,

I'm an owner of a Visortech garagedooropener which has to be connected via a different application. The app-name is "ELESION" and it looks almost the same like the app "Tuya Smart". Even the QR-Code-button (for registering the Devices from the app to Tuya IoT Platform-Project) looks the same.

When I try to scan the QR-Code it says that this is not the designated app.

I wonder if it can be possible to get it working with the ELESION app or if the only possibility is to use the other app with the devices (I'm not sure if the Visortech-device is working with the other app).
