Document how to collect driver logs

Collecting driver logs is not easy. It would be good to have screenshots of the process so people can get visual feedback that they are on the right track. Then when issues are raised that require log collection, we can point people to the documentation for how to collect logs. We should also provide some instructions for the most effective way to upload them into an issue and how to disable them after since logging is a major performance drag on the driver.
