Filter bar "Error" item always empty

What is the issue?

4.1.0 Mac Intel Sequoia 15.7.3 (24G419)

I can't remember a time (or Transmission version) when I've seen items listed under the "Error" filter bar item. Just now, with nothing showing under "Error," I found torrents in the main list with the yellow warning icon and these errors:

• Tracker returned error: Tracker HTTP response 502 (Bad Gateway)
• Tracker returned error: torrent not registered with this tracker
• Tracker returned error: Unknown passkey. Please redownload the .torrent from [tracker website here]
• Tracker returned error: Unregistered torrent

I would expect all of these errored torrents to appear under "Error."
