What is the issue?
I thought transmission-qt does not support renaming torrents until I noticed a message about right click in the files list in torrent properties in comments to one of the issues here.
I think it would make sense to expose root file/dir renaming right in the context menu:
Like e.g. transmission web UI does:
Which application of Transmission?
Qt app on Windows
Which version of Transmission?
