[Package]: rust-std-aarch64

Why is it worth to add this package?

Im looking for a way to add aarch64-unknown-linux-musl in termux for a while now but since termux doesnt have rustup to add targets, it might be better to have a way to add target like the rust-std-wasm32 in the termux packages. In this case we will have a variety of targets not just for wasm32, it might be better also to have for different architectures as well.
