Steps to reproduce
- In Telegram Desktop, go to Settings - Notifications and Sounds, and enable the Respect System Focus Mode option
- Ensure that the Use Windows Notifications setting is off
- In Windows 10, go to Settings - System - Focus assist, and enable the automatic rule for When I'm duplicating my display
- Start a call in Teams, and start sharing your screen
- Make sure the focus assist is enabled
- Receive a new message in Telegram

The notification is suppressed
