First major release

I think that the package is somehow stable, and we should be able to start adding features toward a 1.0.0 release. The next release of the package will probably include improvements to the view count (0.1.0) and before the major release i would like to have a simple reputation system in place. Another thing we are missing is documentation. @swappsco/developers @sebastian-code What else do you think that we should include/improve for that release?
