描述

When I define prerequisites in an RPM build using the rpmPrerequisites key, I get warnings that "prereq is deprecated".

See: Scriptlet Dependencies documentation on rpm.org.

Because of a caveat documented in the link above, changing the meaning of rpmPrerequisites is a bad idea, so there should probably be some new key that supports modeling the scopes of RPM dependencies.

Investigate the current implementation of `rpmPrerequisites` in the sbt native packager source code (likely in the RPM plugin module). Understand how it generates the `PreReq:` tag and review the linked rpm.org documentation about scriptlet dependencies. Then, design a new configuration key that allows specifying dependency scopes properly without using the deprecated `prereq` attribute. Check the issue comments for any prior discussion or proposed approaches.
