Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I think it would be better visual if during debug/emulation Cutter will show value of vars/args/regs/mems in popup window when mouse over like this:

And the same for decompilation listing.

Investigate how Cutter currently displays variable values during debugging. The afvd command in rizin outputs variable/argument values. Look at existing tooltip implementations in the disassembly or decompiler views, e.g., in Cutter's Decompiler class or DebugDialog. Implement a popup that queries afvd and shows the values on hover over variable names. Consider performance impact and thread safety.
