Add doc for Type Mapping to https://github.com/prestodb/presto/blob/master/presto-docs/src/main/sphinx/connector/oracle.rst in the same way as is currently documented in https://github.com/prestodb/presto/blob/master/presto-docs/src/main/sphinx/connector/mysql.rst#type-mapping.

Expected Behavior or Use Case

Documentation in connector/oracle.rst should resemble the format in connector/mysql.rst#type-mapping.
