[DOC] move caching information from blog post into presto-docs

The blog post RaptorX: Building a 10X Faster Presto has valuable information on caching that should be included in the Presto docs.

Expected Behavior or Use Case

This content should be part of presto-docs, probably in the Connectors section. Also see #21511 for related caching documentation suggested changes.

Context

Users should be able to find Presto documentation without having to exit the docs to blogs. Blogs are great for quickly getting information out, but should not be relied upon as long-term or stable reference material.
