Playlist Asset URL - Open in New Tab

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would it be possible to add a URL targeting option to have a playlist asset URL open in a new tab?

Describe the solution you'd like Option to pick the targeting behavior of asset URL links so they can open in a new tab. I was attempting to add the SharePoint Success Site as a linked asset under the SharePoint section. However the opens within the Learning Pathways and you lose all of the navigation from SharePoint Success Site.
