`TEXT_MUTED` no longer works on heading components (and maybe other)

描述

This worked fine with v3 and v4 alpha/beta, looks like something broke after moving to full version of v4.

Actual behavior

TEXT_MUTED css is not applied, text color is black.

Text should have the muted color.
