[android] Detect crash + data stored on SD card, and warn user with a workaround

Many Android users are complaining that OM crashes when searching, building a route, or navigating. 99% of such crashes are caused by a faulty SD card which for some reason corrupts downloaded maps.

It should be possible to programmatically detect if the app has crashed, and if data is stored on the SD card. And show an explanation dialog with this text:

A faulty SD card may cause crashes in Organic Maps. Please delete downloaded maps, select Internal Storage in Organic Maps settings (or replace the SD card with a new one, or at least format the old SD card), and re-download maps again. Write to android@organicmaps.app to get any help.
