描述

The OpenSSL 3.3.0 Release Announcement Email, which was recently sent, states:

Specific notes on upgrading to OpenSSL 3.3 from previous versions are available in the OpenSSL Migration Guide, here:

https://www.openssl.org/docs/man3.3/man7/migration_guide.html

However, the above Migration Guide makes no mention of either OpenSSL 3.3.0 or any of the earlier 3.2.X releases. So recent API changes are not mentioned in the Migration Guide.

The current workaround is to read both the Migration Guide and all the release notes for each version since 3.1.
