Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Synced Tabs.
  3. Select and open any synced website.
  4. Observe the Secure Shield icon during page load.

Expected behavior

The Secure Shield icon should display the correct state

Actual behavior

The Secure Shield icon initially appears in an incorrect incorect then updates shortly
