Steps to reproduce:
- Fresh install FF and open it in split-view.
- Access a website. Tap on the lock icon to open the panel.
- Observe the toggle.
Actual results
Enhanced Tracking Protection toggle spills out of its designated area in split-view.
Expected results
The toggle should not spill out of its designated area.
