Current reminders by email are really basic - too basic, in fact. Moreover, they are pretty ugly.
We can make them much more useful by adding more information than simply the reminder they wanted to be reminded about. A reminder, by nature, is about giving the opportunity to the user to talk to the contact about a special occasion. The more data we give to the user, the more things he will have to talk about with the contact.
This will also help people with social disabilities.
Here is the structure of the reminder I suggest:
- Contact name
- Reminder information
- Information about family, if available
- for instance: wife name, age
- Information about work
- Latest 3 notes
- Latest time called and what you talked about, if data is available
- Latest activity date + detail about it, if data is available
- Number of activities in the last 3 months, if data is available
- Debt, if any
- Gift ideas, if data is available
