Steps to reproduce
When disabling a single fallback command all commands are disabled.
- Open Command palette Settings.
- Goto Powertoys Extension.
- Disable any Extension.
- Go back.
- Goto Powertoys Extension again.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Only the disabled extension is disabled
❌ Actual Behavior
All extensions are disabled.
