描述

Once a torrent is fully downloaded, torrent-stream should switch into a seed-mode until destroyed in order to be a better swarm citizen.

This issue requests that after a torrent is fully downloaded, torrent stream should automatically switch to seed mode until the client is destroyed. The existing codebase likely has separate download and upload logic; you'll need to find the download completion handler (e.g., in the 'piece' or 'file' events) and trigger seeding.
