how to add alert source (grafana dashboard or grafana explore) on the alert?

Hi Team,

I have a quick question. I have loki up and running with evaluating rules evaluating metrics/logs and sending the alerts to an external alertmanager. I want to add the source of the alert, either grafana dashboard or grafana explore, to the alert source. could not find any documentation on how to add this. could be of great help, if you could point me to documentation on how to achieve this?
