Feature Description

Choosing the colors for the colorwheel can be done graphically and via hex. It would be nice if the color of the GUI could be choosen via hex too. That way I can make flameshot look like built in.

Review the existing color picker implementation, likely in src/utils/colorpicker.cpp or similar. Look for how colors are currently selected via the color wheel and add a hex input field alongside it. The issue requests that GUI colors be choosable via hex values, so modifying the color dialog to accept hex input and update the GUI accordingly is needed. Check if there is a QLineEdit or similar widget already used; if not, add one and connect it to update the color.
