[community input needed] Envoy "Phippy" character

Hi all,

We have the opportunity to have an Envoy "Phippy" character created, as in the characters here: https://www.cncf.io/phippy/

The TL/DR is we need both an animal and a character name.

• The character name must start with 'E'.
• The animal name can start with 'E' but doesn't have to. (It would be nice for alliteration reasons.)

As such we are soliciting community ideas for our character name and animal. Animal/character that is somehow related to "networking" is obviously better.

Some ideas proposed so far:

• @ggreenway mentions "emu", "eel", and "eagle"
• @phlax mentions "edgar"
• @alyssawilk likes "echidna"
• @keith mentions "elephant"
• @phlax also likes "rabbit", and the idea of burrows connecting lots of rabbits
• @jmarantz mentions "beavers" and "nautilus"
