描述

Currently, Rollup Jobs, ILM, and CCR just show blank screens if the user manually navigates to an undefined route:

Remote Clusters will redirect undefined routes back to the list page:

<Redirect from={`${CRUD_APP_BASE_PATH}/:anything`} to={`${CRUD_APP_BASE_PATH}/list`} />

We should do the same throughout all of our apps.

Add Redirect components for undefined routes in Rollup Jobs, ILM, and CCR apps following the pattern used in Remote Clusters (which redirects from `${CRUD APP BASE PATH}/:anything` to `${CRUD APP BASE PATH}/list`). The specific routing files need to be located in each app's directory under `x pack/plugins/`. Refer to the existing Remote Clusters implementation for reference.
