Overview

UniForm now supports both Hudi and Iceberg. But the comment in UniversalFormat.scala is outdated, only mentioning support to Iceberg. These comment in UniversalFormat.scala should be updated to describe the UniForm support to Hudi.

Example comments from the file:

Currently, UniForm only supports Iceberg. When `delta.universalFormat.enabledFormats` contains"iceberg", we say that Universal Format (Iceberg) is enabled.

The issue points to `UniversalFormat.scala` in the Spark module. Locate the file at `spark/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/delta/UniversalFormat.scala` and update comments that mention only Iceberg to also describe Hudi support. The existing comment around line 34 should be rephrased to reflect that UniForm now supports both Iceberg and Hudi. No code changes are required, only documentation.
