OpenMetadata is an open-source metadata platform that could allow us to better manage, track, and understand our Cube.js metrics. By integrating Cube.js with OpenMetadata, we could have a centralized view of our metrics' lineage, their associated tables, and any changes over time.

Additional context With OpenMetadata integration, we would be able to improve our data governance and data quality, increasing the trustworthiness of our Cube.js metrics. This would not only enhance the usability of these metrics but also foster better decision-making across our organization. Furthermore, OpenMetadata's open-source nature aligns with Cube.js's, promoting flexibility and control over our data environment.
