Description

Currently, we don't support reading db2 change data capture (CDC), does anyone want to add support for db2?

By the way, I previously saw PR https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/5356, but I don't know why the contributor of this PR stopped working on it. It has been too long time. Potential new contributors to this PR are welcome to leave a comment to claim it, and then submit a new PR to implement this feature.

The issue requests adding a DB2 CDC source connector. Start by examining the existing MySQL CDC connector at seatunnel connectors v2/connector cdc/connector cdc mysql for architecture patterns. Review the Debezium DB2 connector documentation at https://github.com/debezium/debezium connector db2/tree/1.9. The previous PR #5356 may contain useful work but is stalled. Implementation will require creating a new module under connector cdc, implementing the source reader, and adding end to end tests. Check the docs directory for documentation patterns.
