Not clear when and what to clean on Redis

What do you see as an issue?

I have production outages because it is not clear what I have to clean on the Redis server.

As a result I look bad and my company doubts that the airflow is stable solution.

Solving the problem

There should be a section maintenance where all the required tasks should be documented.
