Tabbing Issues

I have three tab like active all and filter i will define same grid option for all table like $scope.gridOptions = {} and use this option for all tab with thelp of ng-if but when click on all or filter tab it not render properly and another issues is that when i move column and click on next tab then it column not on moved position like you know i just move empi to customer name and click on nect tab then i got empid first and then customer
