Files in Portuguese - UTF-8

Good morning, I have an issue, I work in a file that have Ç Ã and everything is ok, when open, and save in Brackets, but then in the website it appears a strange caracteres, so I open the file in a different editor and effectively the strange caracteres are there, so I change them, save it, and then I can edit it in Brackets.

So I don't know what can I do..... Can you help me please?
