Issue Description
Design and implement the Wallpaper Download Functionality for the Wallpaper Page, enabling users to download the displayed wallpaper to their device.
Design Requirements

Functionality Focused Task: The UI for this page is already implemented. This issue focuses only on adding the download functionality to the Download button.

Download Action: When the Download button is pressed, the currently displayed wallpaper should be saved to the user's device.

Permission Handling: Ensure the required permissions are handled properly where necessary.

User Feedback: Provide basic feedback after the download is triggered, such as a toast message that the wallpaper has been downloaded successfully.

Scope Limitation: i. This issue only requires implementing the download feature for the Download button. ii. The Back and Set buttons do not require additional functionality as part of this task.
