Containerize the application using Docker

To ensure a consistent and reproducible development environment for all contributors and to simplify deployment, the application should be containerized. Create a Dockerfile for the frontend service.

Create a Dockerfile for the backend service.

Create a docker-compose.yml file that orchestrates both services, allowing a contributor to get the entire application running with a single docker-compose up command.

Update the README.md or CONTRIBUTING.md with instructions on how to use Docker for local development.
