AMD old cards not working

Environment Details

I try to use f5-tts with opencl or vulcan on r9 280x It dont works I try to install pytorch_dlprim and it have same resurlt Is there any chance to generate tts on old devices like my devices I need to generate on few voices, maybe It is possible to pre generate the voice in advance to make it easier to generate speech from it later.
