Suggestion: Allow screen sharing, even when camera/mic not available

描述

If a client has no camera or mic, there is currently on way to share the screen - ie. a video or audio call must be established first, and the screen can be shared.

It would be fantastic to be able to share screen, even if client cannot participate in video/voice call (due to having no camera/mic).

Currently, if client A with camera/mic, starts call with client B without camera/mic, client B can see/hear client A, and client A can share their screen with B, but client B is unable to share their screen with A.

Investigate how to enable screen sharing without establishing a media stream. Review the current WebRTC implementation in the codebase, particularly files related to video calls and screen sharing. Consider using the getDisplayMedia API independently of getUserMedia. Look at the comments in the issue for suggested approaches and check if any partial implementations exist.
