Is there a specific app this action is for? Need an action for Shopify app to upload images or videos to Shopify files section

Please provide a link to the relevant API docs for the specific service / operation. This is an example of how this is being done VIA NodeJS step https://community.shopify.com/c/graphql-basics-and/full-process-for-uploading-files-to-the-files-api/td-p/1423503 but the problem is I don't quite understand the authentication process for this I got to upload the file with correct response showing file uploaded but it fails the processing on the store front. greatly appreciate it if this can be done in a pre-built step.
