Feature: Add support for additional languages in the text based interfaces

The Text based interfaces currently output sentences in the English language. Due to the scope of the project, other languages can be considered.

Feature description

Messages sent to the Text based interfaces are not mostly standardized and defined in each panel. The code for these interfaces is also increasing the level of commonalities, and additional work is already in place to remote all redundant code. The result is that these messages are handled at a common place before being sent to each endpoint. This enables the possibility of supporting multiple languages. Standard gettext can probably be used, but as some strings are dynamic, the actual approach must be evaluated.
