[Bug]: Prompt disappears when a conversation is stopped

Bug Description

When stopping a conversation, the prompt disappears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Local backend
2. create a new conversation
3. Stop the conversation by using the stop action from the left hand conversation panel

Actual Behavior

The prompt disappears

Expected Behavior

I would expect the prompt to persist, but perhaps not?
