[Bug]: File tree viewer not working on cloud backends

Bug Description

When user clicks on the filetree button to see the files in a workspace nothing appears. It works on a local backend but not a cloud backend.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on a cloud backend
2. Go to a conversation
3. View the Files tab in the right drawer
4. Click on the file-tree icon and you will see nothing appears (assuming the conversation has files)

Actual Behavior

Nothing appears.

Expected Behavior

Files should show.
