Research color accuracy and write a summary

Please describe the issue. I want to understand more about color accuracy because if I were to try to match foundation shades to people, accuracy would be the main point of the process. To do this I'd need to understand digital coloring and color models like RGB, CMYK, and HSV.

How is this issue actionable? In order to solve this issue, a summary of the research is needed. This allows for a physical deliverable as an accountability check.
