Problem

Garbage Collection is explanation that does not really belong to a reference manual. We would just remove it according to #7769, but some of that information may still be valuable for nix-store --gc.

Important add a redirect on nixos.org, otherwise existing links will break

Since it will touch nix-store, this is blocked on #7518.
