Keybinding doesn't work.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version:Version: 1.70.2 (Universal)
• OS Version: macOS 12.5.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Adding keybindings.

2. There are different behaviors. Opening Command Palette and inputing test, then pressing alt+backspace will show > in Command Palette. Opening Command Palette and inputing test, then pressing ctrl+w will show nothing(without >) in Command Palette.
