SCHNIDR PLC- Set alarm of kicker on/off status to depend on if running in double pulse mode

As a user make I'd like when running in double pulse mode the SCHNIDR kicker being off does not alarm.

Sets the alarm of the status PV for the kicker so that when the running in double pulse mode, the kicker being off does not alarm.

Acceptance Criteria

• Kicker being off when running in double pulse mode doesn't alarm when.

Email exchange was with James Lord: "It may help to have a macro per kicker (there are 4) so if one kicker is faulty and the others are temporarily adjusted to compensate, we can set things so the faulty one being off is not flagged as an alarm."
