defines the verify_block_fields function that is ran whenever a block is imported by a validator/node. We want to include this verification in the executor as well.

Locate the verify block fields function in crates/services/consensus module/src/block verifier.rs. Understand how it is currently called during block import. Then, find the executor's block processing path and add a call to verify block fields there, ensuring it runs before or during execution. Check for any existing tests and consider adding a test for the verification in the executor. Refer to the file linked in the issue for the current implementation.
