Check code generation for DEAP real-time log streaming

There is an issue where, when running DEAP code, logs are not streamed in real time and only appear after the code has finished executing. Need to check the code generation logic in this microservice to ensure it is not interfering with real-time log streaming for DEAP code. Coordinate with the runner repo to determine if the issue is in code generation, DEAP, or the runner implementation.
