In the pre-commit suite on Windows 7 SP 1, when building r1812 in 64-bit with VS 2012, the test "handle" finds a different error than expected:

5: failed to match "Error #16: HANDLE LEAK:", found "Error #10: HANDLE LEAK:"
5: instead
