Doi request email should contain additional data and links to doichain functions

When receiving an email from Alice e.g. DOI - Request email or e.g. regular newsletter email, we should always provide a link to explorer.doichain.org which links to the name entry of the current DOI permission ("e/dfkjaödfy-hex") to show the details of the data stored in the blockchain... see http://namecha.in/ For that the doichain blockchain explorer must be modified and extended so he support the display of namecoin/doichain addresses.

Information regarding to expiration and purpose should be written in this email.
