Describe the bug

Our DataGrid Mountain CSV file: https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/WindowsCommunityToolkit/blob/main/Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.SampleApp/Assets/mtns.csv

Doesn't contain all the precise dates. Would be good if we can fill in more month/dates for the list from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_first_ascents (though this list doesn't have them all and you have to watch out for the peaks with different summits like II vs III or I)

Nothing super important or urgent, but would be nice for completeness of the sample.

Open the mtns.csv file at the given path. Cross reference each mountain with the Wikipedia list of first ascents, paying attention to peaks with multiple summits. Fill in missing or imprecise dates. The CSV is in the Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.SampleApp/Assets/ directory. No linked PRs or maintainer questions are present.
